Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

HOLIDAYS:

The Center will be closed on the following dates for 2024

​

  • New Years Day – Monday, January 1st

  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 27th             

  • Juneteenth - Wednesday, June 19th

  • Independence Day – Thursday, July 4th

  • Labor Day – Monday, September 2nd        

  • Veteran’s Day – Monday, November 11th 

  • Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 28th 

  • Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25th

BAD WEATHER POLICY:               

 

Happy Health Center Taunton will follow the closure procedure for the Taunton Public Schools. If there are other circumstances, such as power outages, you will be notified as soon as possible of a closure.

​

TRANSPORTATION:                      

 

Families are encouraged to transport family members if they are able. Do not park your vehicle at the ramp, which is used for our vans, please use the handicap spots for drop off and pick up or call the Center and we are happy to escort participants to/from your vehicle.

OUR VANS:                                    

 

There must be clear access to driveways and steps. If a member is unable to attend on a scheduled day the Center must be called the day before, or prior to 7:00 am.

ITEMS TO BRING:

CLOTHING:     

A complete change of clothes should be provided, all clothing should be clearly labeled with the participants name, and in a clear bag with the participants name on it.

​

HYGIENE PRODUCTS:                  

The Center does not provide incontinence products. All participants should provide needed hygiene products such as wipes, pull-ups, pads etc. for a minimum of a 3-day supply, clearly labeled with the participants name.

​

MEDICATION:                               

If the Center is administering medication during program hours it must come to us in a properly labeled container. Ask your pharmacist for an extra labeled bottle. Medication will be stored here at the Center. All necessary treatment supplies such as diabetic test strips, wound care etc. should be clearly labeled and provided by the participant.
